What is meant by safeguarding?
Well, safeguarding refers to the process of protecting individuals’ health, wellbeing, and human rights, especially those who may be vulnerable to abuse or harm.
It involves preventing and responding to situations where individuals may be at risk of harm. Ensuring their safety and promoting their welfare. By implementing safeguarding measures, organisations and communities can create a secure environment where everyone can thrive. Safeguarding staff and visitors is a crucial issue for any organisation.
