Our base price (”Bronze Package”) includes everything you need to secure the qualification online with tutor support via email. You can top-up your qualification to a Silver (extended support and insights) or Gold Package (performance coaching). If you would like face-to-face support for a particular course, 1:1 performance coaching can be purchased separately from the above link(s).

Who is this programme aimed at?

This programme is aimed at new or aspiring managers looking to develop their leadership and management skills. Delegates will usually be newly responsible for managing people or looking to progress into a role where this is required.

Delivery

This programme is delivered online via our Leadership Hub, and you have the option to add 1:1 performance coaching and extended support for a blended approach to learning. You will also have a personal tutor for support, and receive a comprehensive induction to the programme.

We run bespoke face-to-face days for Cohorts of 12 or more.

Programme duration & guided learning hours

The qualification is normally completed within 6 months, but learners have up to 2 years.

Assignments

To gain the qualification delegates must complete 3 assignments, each approximately 2,500 words each. Assignments are a really important part of the programme as they encourage deeper reflection and research.
