Our base price (”Bronze Package”) includes everything you need to secure the qualification online with tutor support via email. You can top-up your qualification to a Silver (extended support and insights) or Gold Package (performance coaching). If you would like face-to-face support for a particular course, 1:1 performance coaching can be purchased separately from the above link(s).

These qualifications are designed to support managers in development of management coaching and mentoring skills, and to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

Delivery
This programme is delivered online via our Leadership Hub, and you have the option to add 1:1 performance coaching and extended support for a blended approach to learning. You will also have a personal tutor for support, and receive a comprehensive induction to the programme.
We run bespoke face-to-face days for Cohorts of 12 or more.
