Who is this level for?

Practising middle managers.The programme is aimed at practising middle managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.

How does it work?

STEP 1: CHOOSE ILM, CMI OR NO ACCREDITATION?

As an ILM and CMI centre, we can issue delegates who successfully complete our programmes an internationally recognised level 3 qualification in leadership and management.

STEP 2: AWARD, CERTIFICATE OR DIPLOMA?

This determines programme length and cost. An Award consists of less courses and takes about three months to complete. This can be extended to a Certificate (six months) or Diploma (nine months).

STEP 3: ANY OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

You can boost your programme with coaching, face-to-face training, 360 report, EQ psychometric report and a copy of the course book.

STEP 4: REGISTER WITH US

We will send you an ILM/CMI number and membership, access to our online academy and joining instructions.

STEP 5: START THE PROGRAMME

Complete eLearning and reflective learning assignments for each course. We normally release each course six weeks apart, and you have up to three years to complete the qualification.

STEP 6: GRADUATE

Receive your ILM or CMI Level 3 qualification in leadership and management.
