BusinessBalls.com is our free ethical learning and development resource. It forms a huge part of our ongoing CSR activities.
Founded in 1999, BusinessBalls had been one of the internet’s leading hubs of personal and professional development resources for nearly two decades by the time we entered into a partnership with them in early 2017.
The website provides free and ethical leadership and management training for individuals and organisations. BusinessBalls supports both aspiring and experienced managers and leaders from all around the world and is one of the largest platforms of its kind. We endeavour to continue this mission as long as we can. BB remains an ethical, practical, innovative, and compassionate resource.
We have since revolutionised the look and feel of BusinessBalls, providing innovative new features and functionality to improve the learning experience for everybody. The site was rebuilt in Moodle (now Moodle Workplace), the world’s most popular learning management system (LMS), meaning a greater range of functionality specifically designed for learning and development. The website now receives up to a million visitors a month.
More recently, BusinessBalls has also evolved yet further to offer another tier of next-level, interactive content, resources and opportunities. Going above and beyond the catalogue of content developed during the 2000s. These include BusinessBalls Premium and BusinessBalls Enterprise – monthly and exclusive subscription offerings for individuals and organisations respectively. Alongside many more thought leader insights, webinars, and compliance content. We will continue to expand our offering and utilise our years of in-house leadership and development expertise.

Learners can access articles, and create an account to track progress. However, if they would like to access premium eLearning modules, tools (with no ads) and secure recognition (badges and certificates), then learners need an active Premium or Enterprise subscription.
Can you give me an example of a premium eLearning module?
Premium eLearning modules are interactive and engaging. An example is included below.
What is the difference between a corporate account (BB Enterprise) and a normal individual subscription (BB Premium)?
Corporate clients who secure access for their people have additional features, and a lower subscription cost per person. These features include the ability to manage and report on users, custom branding and URL, SSO, bespoke dashboards and courses, and much more…Think of this as a “ready-made” LMS.

Is there a minimum term for BB Premium and Enterprise?
There is no minimum term for BB Premium, with billing being monthly. BB Enterprise minimum term is one year and is charged in advance.
Can I share a BB Premium subscription?
No, BB Premium subscriptions are linked to individual accounts. You must purchase the appropriate number of licenses (Premium or Enterprise). Sharing accounts breaks the terms and conditions of the site and may result in a ban.
How does pricing work? Are there different bands?
Yes, there are several price bands, depending on the number of licenses purchased. £7.99* is the price for 100-250 licenses. Above 250, we provide custom quotes.
You unlock additional features and support from 30 licenses.
*Charged on an annual basis, i.e. £7.99*12 per license.
