Accipio wins CMI Award for Outstanding Innovation and Delivery!
We are delighted to announce that we have won the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) award for Outstanding Innovation and Delivery.
The award recognises CMI Partners for thinking outside the box with their management and leadership programmes. It demonstrates our innovation in programme design and delivery through curriculum, employer engagement, progression pathways and professional recognition.
This is for our work creating the first and most comprehensive leadership and management development eco-system across Policing in the UK. The eco-system gives up to 200,000 officers and staff working across the police service access to the “Leadership Learning” platform and App which includes a suite of over 100s eLearning modules, free workshops (2,000 places) and webinars, 360 diagnostic tools which recommend learning, content curation tools, social learning, and of course internationally recognised leadership and management CMI qualifications.
Accipio is a multi-award winning UK-based agency that specialises in delivering leadership development programmes (including CMI qualifications and apprenticeships) using enabling technology and their C30 framework (230+ eModules that target the 30 capabilities every leader and manage needs to have to be effective). They run major programmes with UK government departments (e.g. a programme for 100s of senior leaders at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) and some of the biggest brands in the world.
Sascha Benson-Cooper, Accipio Founder and CEO, said: “We are thrilled to have won this very prestigious CMI award. Innovation is in our DNA at Accipio, and it is wonderful to be recognised by the CMI for outstanding innovation and delivery. Full credit to our incredible team and partners working to push the boundaries where leadership development and digital learning collide. By building an eco-system for leadership in Policing, we have produced something world-class which can be applied to other sectors and organisations”.
