Accipio + CII: Management Development Programme
The Challenge
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) recognised the importance of management development in modernising their organisation.
What we did
They placed a cohort of 16 middle managers on a bespoke branded programme aligned to their own values and competency framework.
The results
We are continuing to see apprentices make good progress as they approach their end-point assessment. Apprentices really value the face-to-face workshops.
