The organisation was looking to cultivate a cohesive management culture and to develop the necessary skills and competencies to confidently and effectively perform managerial responsibilities.
They ran a very competitive tendering process to find a contemporary partner to train 120 managers over a four year period.
We worked with the organisation to develop a framework for the programme, and secured accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). We deployed a branded Learning Management System for the programme to: host eLearning, resources and diagnostics; and manage participants on the programme (such as booking on training and coaching sessions, providing feedback and completing 360 Feedback). We developed high quality branded guides and workbooks to support learning. We delivered high quality face-to-face training and ran the programme successfully.
The programme has been very well received and feedback has been excellent. The programme is significantly oversubscribed, and there are exceptionally low drop-out rates due to the ILM accreditation and quality of the programme. The Learning Management System has reduced internal administration time, and delivered truly blended learning.
