Our Leadership and Management training programmes cover the 30 capabilities a leader, manager, or individual needs to be effective in the workplace. All linked to our recognition, qualifications and diagnostics. We call this the Accipio C30.
As a CMI strategic partner, we can offer delegates who successfully complete our programmes an internationally recognised CMI qualification (an Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management).
For some qualifications, delegates can jump into the final year of a Bachelor or Masters degree.
We can deploy a branded Learning Management System (LMS) for the duration of the programme for blended learning. Delegates complete eLearning modules to complement face to face training and reflective learning assessments.
We keep our overheads low, and pass on the savings to our customers. On principle, we charge 25% less than the “big old” training firms.
We have some of the top trainers in the UK who have trained over 50,000 leaders and managers. These range from former CEOs to clinical psychologists. All are experts in their field.
We are passionate about service and delighting our customers. Our customers have a single point of contact for the programme, and we care about things being perfect.
We develop high quality branded course workbooks and programme guides that delegates want to keep.
We run a number of insightful diagnostics – such psychometric testing and full 360 reports – as part of our programmes to discover individual strengths and weaknesses.
In my experience (which stretches over 30 years+) Accipio is a Centre very much at the progressive and dynamic edge of L&D delivery - a good quality team and a pro-active Centre looking to improve and develop. Supporting with feedback and comment always feels like a professional discussion between practitioners interested and committed to Learning and Development and who are concerned that their candidates receive an excellent experience.

Thank you for being such a great ILM centre. Accipio continues to be one of our busiest.
Jerome Goodluck on behalf of ILM
Thank you and the team for your hard work in making this happen, it is a real step forward for policing.
Sue Brookes
We worked with Accipio to develop two ILM leadership and management programmes at levels 3 and 5, which has now been delivered to approximately 89 of our people leaders. Delivered by highly experienced and credible trainers, the programmes included some stretching content which tested our managers and helped them to reflect on their practice and behaviours as people leaders. Accipio’s ILM programme came with some high quality materials and delegates benefited from a blended learning approach which included face to face delivery, individual reading and reflection, action learning groups and online support.
Nikki Hale, Head of Talent & Learning, UCAS
Great opportunity to work with other managers across the business, to understand UCAS more and also the challenges they face that are similar or different from your own. This results in having a wider group of support and go-to colleagues in a variety of situations, which I have found invaluable and which I feel has brought a lot more like-mindedness to managers at UCAS. I'm quite bad at studying effectively but in order to give the course your best, the commitment level is quite high particularly when the day job is also demanding. Commitment is quite high in terms of the course book, book club and making the assignments meaningful by working on a range of real life examples, not making them up! It's not rocket science, but sometimes it's hard to know what each question is looking for and that can take up more time. Overall, highly recommended!

I am so pleased I have undertaken this programme. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn with your peers, learn from the best in their field (the trainers & materials are fab!) and really feel you are then able to make a difference for you and your team. Highly recommended!

The course has helped me better understand people, work and how to manage a team. The course work and guest speakers provide incite , guidance and techniques to help me do my job better and support the team to achieve its goals. It’s is an investment of your time, there is homework and it is not easy but the benefits are already coming to fruition and I have learned a lot more than I anticipated. A professional course for professional people. Highly recommended.

Taking Level 3 programme has helped me to change the way I manage the team. Instead of taking on all the work so as not to overload them, I've learnt to delegate. This has helped me with my workload but also given team members more ownership and helped them to develop their skills.
Beth Hayes, MarComms
The ILM Level 5 is a great programme – very well planned, coordinated and delivered with highly knowledgeable trainers. The learning and support materials on iLearn are superb and I’d encourage you to get the most out of the resources available as possible. I’ll be honest, the programme does take some commitment but the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out. The taught programme and assignments offer some great moments of reflection that we might not otherwise have the time or opportunity to do during the day job. Also, sign up to the book club events – they’re a great alternative approach to learning and an opportunity to build a close network of colleagues. Highly recommended.
Nicola Henshaw, Corporate Services
So far over 50 leaders and managers have gone through the programme, and the feedback has been exceptional. The trainers and support from Accipio was second to none. The digital learning environment really helps to pull the programme together.
