Learn how to turn organisational strategy into a successful operational plan

In this three-hour virtual workshop, you will be introduced to the idea of Strategy (C22) and the way your organisational vision and mission are cascaded down into Operational Management (C23). You will also explore the way that Continuous Improvement and Business Development (C24) concepts can be employed practically to ensure your company stays ahead of the market and customer expectations.

In the second half, you will look into the concept of Change (C25) – how new initiatives can be introduced and embedded, and finally how Operational Performance (C26) can be managed using data and translated into management reports of varying forms.
