Standard is for customers who want to self-host AccipioOne Shop on their own infrastructure. Accipio provides source-code access via our git repository and remains your single point of contact for ongoing support. Premium is for customers whose platform is operated by a specialist third-party hosting partner. Because Premium involves three parties (you, your hosting partner, and Accipio), there’s more coordination work to do. Accipio provides source-code access to your hosting partner, works directly with their engineering team on deployments and issues, and gives you a named technical lead who coordinates across both organisations. The higher Premium price reflects this multi-party coordination.
