Your AccipioOne Shop support package depends on how you want to host the platform. Core is the simplest option. Accipio hosts and manages everything for you on our UK cloud infrastructure, and support is included in the hosting fee. One supplier, one contract. Standard is for customers who want to self-host AccipioOne Shop on their own infrastructure. Accipio provides source-code access via our git repository and remains your single point of contact for ongoing support. Premium is for customers whose platform is operated by a specialist third-party hosting partner. Because Premium involves three parties (you, your hosting partner, and Accipio), there’s more coordination work to do. Accipio provides source-code access to your hosting partner, works directly with their engineering team on deployments and issues, and gives you a named technical lead who coordinates across both organisations. The higher Premium price reflects this multi-party coordination.
