CMI Units (courses):
Our base price (”Bronze Package”) includes everything you need to secure the qualification online with tutor support via email. You can top-up your qualification to a Silver (extended support and insights) or Gold Package (performance coaching). If you would like face-to-face support for a particular course, 1:1 performance coaching can be purchased separately from the above link(s).

This programme is aimed at new or aspiring managers looking to develop their leadership and management skills. Delegates will usually be newly responsible for managing people or looking to progress into a role where this is required.

This programme is delivered online via our Leadership Hub, and you have the option to add 1:1 performance coaching and extended support for a blended approach to learning. You will also have a personal tutor for support, and receive a comprehensive induction to the programme.
We run bespoke face-to-face days for Cohorts of 12 or more.
The qualification is normally completed within 12-18 months, but learners have up to 3 years. The minimum number of guided learning hours is 126.
Delegates who successfully complete the below courses will receive a CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management. Our programme maps to the following CMI Units:

To gain the qualification delegates must complete 6 assignments, each approximately 2,500 words each. Assignments are a really important part of the programme as they encourage deeper reflection and research.
