Performance Management Training – 1:1 Performance Coaching


What does it include: 1 hour performance coaching session (1:1) focusing on your key strengths and weaknesses in relation to the learning outcomes, namely:

– Know how to plan work in the workplace
– Know how to allocate work to team members
– Understand how to improve the performance of a team in delivering to plan
– Understand the value of assessing performance to meet organisational and individual needs
– Know how to manage performance of individuals in the team
– Understand the value of feedback in the workplace
– Know how to manage underperformance in the workplace
