Senior leaders, and those aspiring to be senior leaders are welcome to apply to the programme.
Here’s what our Apprenticeship Manager, Graham had to say:
“The Executive Leaders Apprenticeship programme opens up what was potentially a barrier or blocker to apprentices achieving at this level previously. With the removal of the MSc, this allows apprentices from less academic backgrounds to achieve an alternative qualification, with the same outcome at the end – a well-rounded, authentic leader put through a rigorous training programme with expert led supervision, advice, guidance, teaching and assessment. Our programme is designed to incorporate both the apprenticeship standard and the duties within it, as well as a minimum CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management. Apprentices are stretched to be the best, we have a flexible approach to assessment and work with each individual to create a plan of learning and assessment that works well for them, while still meeting qualification requirements. Our C30+ Extended Strategic Framework allows organisations to add and alter some areas of the standard to allow personalisation and ‘bring it all home’.”
