Accipio achieves Premium Moodle Certified Service Provider status in record time, making them one of the top providers of Moodle in the world…
We are pleased to announce that Accipio has achieved Moodle Premium Certified Service Provider status in record time which officially enables the company to offer Moodle Workplace as a product.
“We are so proud and humbled to be recognised by Moodle as a premium level partner. We truly believe in the Moodle project and the benefits of harnessing ethical open source technology to develop people. It is a very exciting time with Moodle 4.0 and the UX/UI overhaul planned for release late in the year. Becoming a Moodle premium certified service provider makes us one of the top partners in the world, and one of just a handful that can offer Moodle Workplace which is a fantastic product,” says Sascha Benson-Cooper, CEO & Founder.
Accipio reports that there has been significant growth in demand for Moodle Workplace in the market especially amongst corporates in a post covid world. As organisations embrace hybrid or remote work models, they face challenges such as how they induct workforces in a meaningful way, how they create a strong culture when people physically cross paths less often, how employees and managers share knowledge and ideas without incidental catch ups and face to face meetings, and how they maintain a program of upskilling their workforce when employees can’t learn from each other by osmosis.
Accipio, a Moodle Certified Service Provider, is an award winning UK based digital learning agency and leadership development firm with an impressive track record in providing end-to-end digital learning platforms for major brands such as PepsiCo, UCAS and government entities including the Department for International Trade, Foreign and Commonwealth and Development Office, NHS, Public Health England, Sport England and College of Policing. With a strong reputation in designing and implementing Moodle based solutions.
Founded in 2010, Accipio offers a full range of Moodle services – from hosting and support through to custom design, development and consultancy. They have successfully deployed sites with over 500,000 users, and specialise in helping large organisations unlock people potential. Accipio has been shortlisted for a number prestigious awards such as Learning Platform of the year (Learning Awards 2021), Best Blended Project (Learning Technologies Awards 2020), Best Public Sector Project (Learning Technologies Awards 2020) and Outstanding Innovation and Delivery Award (Chartered Management Institute Awards, 2021).
“Learning and performance platforms, and in particular Moodle Workplace, have a key role to play in solving problems that organisations face who are spread geographically or operate in a hybrid or remote model. We see massive opportunities to upgrade ambitious organisations already using Moodle and service those that are not. We review hundreds of technical specifications each year and it is rare that Moodle Workplace does not meet the core requirements. Many organisations are looking to implement learning management systems that take learning infrastructure to the next level with dynamic rules, multiple tenants, targeted dashboards, event management and learning programmes,” explains Benson-Cooper.
“Our core focus as a company is around innovation and service. This is hard coded in our DNA at Accipio and we know that this approach always delivers results, for our clients, their learners and our business,” says Benson Cooper.
“This achievement is a reflection of Accipio’s capacity to implement large scale Moodle based solutions and their customer focussed approach. We congratulate them and welcome them to the premium certified partner family,” says Jose Marcos Lopez-Rios, Channel Manager at Moodle.
