Accipio + Chestertons
Chestertons is a leading global estate agent which provides a wide variety of services beyond letting and selling properties.
The Challenge
Chestertons were looking to take their training to the next level, by creating a central stand-alone platform called Chestertons University. They wanted it to initially create an induction programme, with the option to build out to further content for global branches.
What we did
We deployed a Moodle Workplace site which allows for the following:
- A custom branded platform
- Video and custom built content;
- Minimised face-to-face sessions, as the affiliates' transition process already required numerous Zoom calls; and
- A multi-tenant option, allowing affiliates to add content specific to their country or market, while still having access to that added to the wider network.
The Results
The new site has allowed Chestertons to provide a virtual induction programme without excessive Zoom calls.
It has made the training process more professional and the training resource more streamlined. It also provides the opportunity to run reports and feedback to managers regarding colleague engagement.
