Accipio shortlisted for ‘Outstanding Training Provider of the Year’ at the CMI Partner Awards 2023

CMI Partner Awards - Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2023

Accipio, the award-winning digital learning and leadership development agency, have been shortlisted for ‘Outstanding Training Provider of the Year’ at the CMI Partner Awards 2023.

This award nomination again recognises the London-based agency’s unwavering commitment to providing an exceptionally positive impact on learner experience, professional development and personal performance.

Sascha Benson-Cooper, Director at Accipio, said: “I couldn’t be prouder of our team, and it is an honour to be shortlisted by the CMI for this award, which reflects our team’s hard work and dedication. A huge thanks must also go to our clients and partners who we are incredibly fortunate to work with.

“We enjoy a collaborative working relationship with the CMI, and we support one another by actively raising awareness of each other’s services. During this year’s Learning Technologies exhibition, which attracted up to 10,000 attendees, we offered CMI branded merchandise on our stand, in addition to raising awareness of the benefits of CMI training and Chartered Manager status.

“CMI qualifications are also at the heart of our leadership and management development programmes. This includes our apprenticeships, and hundreds of aspiring managers and leaders have enjoyed a world-class learning experience with us while also becoming professionally CMI qualified, which has been proven to increase longer-term employability and enhance shorter-term career progression within the workplace.”

Accipio partnership with the College of Policing recognised

The CMI nomination also recognises Accipio’s long-standing partnership with the College of Policing and the creation of the first and most comprehensive leadership and management development ecosystem across Policing in the UK.

For the past five years, this ambitious project has been helping to provide up to 200,000 officers and staff across 43 forces in the police service with access to the ‘Leadership Learning’ platform and mobile application. This includes a suite of over 100 interactive e-Learning modules, free workshops and webinars delivered by world-renowned trainers, and a 360 diagnostic tool which benchmarks participants and recommends training content based on any perceived areas of weakness.

The ‘Leadership Learning’ project was previously recognised by the CMI in 2021, with Accipio receiving the award for ‘Outstanding Innovation and Delivery’.

All apprenticeships offered by Accipio include a CMI qualification and the opportunity to gain Chartered Manager status.

Kathryn Pitcher, Level 3 Apprentice from East Suffolk and Northeast Essex NHS Foundation Trust, said: “My apprenticeship [with Accipio] has been an amazing experience where I have been able to implement both updated and new skills straight away into my daily routine. It has helped my career, my team, my organisation and my confidence in ways I did not and could not have foreseen.”
