Accipio are pleased to announce that the intake for our Level 5 Apprenticeship Open Programme, is now open! Our Open Programme is designed to ensure 100% coverage of the apprenticeship standard.

Accipio offer a comprehensive and blended approach to delivery, from facilitating some of the top leaders and managers, phycologists and thought leaders to deliver our workshops. You can be guaranteed to walk away from our workshops questioning your practices as leaders and managers and wanting to develop your newly found knowledge into your own teams. Therefore having a positive outcome on an organisational level.

Our learners are equipped with the skills to create a real change in your organisation.

ILM (Institute for Leadership and Management) award our level 5 apprenticeship. Learners are assessed “on-programme”, and then a final “End Point Assessment”.

On-programme assessment can be in many forms, as an example:

  • Work products

End Point Assessment includes:

  • Professional discussion on CPD
  • Scenario-based test
  • Project Presentation
  • Showcase Portfolio of Evidence

This broad range of taught training combined with on and off-the-job training is the key to success.

Intakes with personalised inductions to the programme will take place every two months. During this time, you will be introduced to our learner management system, ‘The Hub’, complete your online induction modules, together we will create an individualised learning plan with the involvement of your employer and line manager, complete some diagnostic and psychometric testing and equip you with the knowledge required to complete your apprenticeship. You will then be ready to take on our top quality workshops and assessments.
